Direto de Brasília, na ESAF (Escola de Administração Fazendária), começou pela tarde de hoje, o encontro “Diálogos Governo e Sociedade Civil”, reunindo organizações da sociedade civil e representantes governamentais com a finalidade de elaborar 15 propostas de compromissos para o novo Plano de Ação Brasileiro na OGP (Open Government Partnership – Parceria para Governo Aberto). A iniciativa visa difundir e incentivar globalmente práticas governamentais relacionadas à transparência e dados abertos dos governos, acesso à informação pública e participação social.

Durante este Diálogo Presencial, haverá uma interação entre os participantes para responder 5 eixos temáticos que irão nortear sugestões para este plano: melhoria da prestação de serviços públicos, aumento da integridade pública, gestão mais efetiva dos recursos públicos, criação de comunidades mais seguras e aumento da responsabilidade corporativa. Os resultados destas propostas serão somados a outras 15 já definidas no “Diálogo Virtual”, os quais serão encaminhadas e analisadas pelos ministérios, conforme critérios previamente definidos quanto a disponibilidade orçamentária, regulamentação legal, prazos e recursos humanos.

Esse encontro também irá contribuir na estruturação das bases destinadas à formação de uma rede de entidades e indivíduos comprometidos em acompanhar a implementação do novo Plano de Ação brasileiro junto à OGP. Neste evento presencial além da participação de representantes da sociedade civil, selecionadas pela Secretaria-Geral da Presidência da República e Controladoria-Geral da União, terá a presença dos cidadãos que se destacaram no “Diálogo Virtual” e de representantes das instituições que compõem o grupo do Ciga (Comitê Interministerial Governo Aberto).

O Coletivo Puraqué foi uma das organizações selecionadas e convidadas a participar deste especial evento participativo, representando a região norte com suas contribuições nas experiências de cultura digital, software livre, economia solidária e cidadania dentro das comunidades e das escolas municipais de Santarém.

Direto de Brasília, na ESAF (Escola de Administração Fazendária), começou pela tarde de hoje, o encontro “Diálogos Governo e Sociedade Civil”, reunindo organizações da sociedade civil e representantes governamentais com a finalidade de elaborar 15 propostas de compromissos para o novo Plano de Ação Brasileiro na OGP (Open Government Partnership – Parceria para Governo Aberto).
